Mô tả công việc
- To evaluate and build upon communications plan which is align with PR and Brand Strategy.
- To participate in and oversee concept development in various communications channels and platform.
- To work with PR and Brand team members in brand planning/brand strategy to ensure that creative work is on track.
- To work with other business units to align/develop the internal communications content plan, calendar and roll out plan.
- To be the main contact points to receive, develop and fine-tune the communications content of all internal communications materials.
- To develop the internal communication/Engagement plan to build up corporate culture and its core values, code of conduct.
- To build up and engage LOTTE Finance employee into an exciting and appropriate internal communication activities.
- To take initiative of company events i.e team building, company birthday, end year party.
- To develop and implement online/offline internal communication channels such as internal publications, video, Fan page, email, events… to optimize the communication activities.
- To write content for all internal communications channels.
- To work with all other business units to ensure that the internal communications functions are joined up and complementary.
- To work on suitable template for each internal communications campaign, communications plan.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 02 years of experience in PR/Communications in a corporate or PR agency.
- Degree/Diploma in Communications and/or knowledge in Banking, Finance sectors.
- Good at speaking and writing both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience working with Facebook, website portal, producing content for the web and other publicity.
- Computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and other creative pro-grams skills is preferable.
- Excellent writing skill is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to details.
- Willingness to learn and have an attitude to common goals.
- Can do Attitude.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Highly motivated and willing to work hard and undertake a variety of tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks, uncertainties and changing priorities.
- Able to work flexibly including outside office hours when required.
